All applicants must fulfill one of the "four Rs":
- Reduce - spaying/neutering programs
- Rescue - adoption programs
- Rehabilitate - proper pet training programs
- Rejoice - animal assisted therapy programs
Exclusions:
- Any organization without 501 (c) (3) status
- Any organization which doesn't fulfil one of the "four Rs"
- Any organization which does not obtain support from their local Petco
